Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern the rental of baby gear from Little Nomads. By submitting a reservation request, you agree to these terms.
Availability & Confirmation
All reservations are subject to availability. A reservation is only confirmed when you receive a written confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to decline requests if gear is unavailable for your requested dates.
Pricing & Payment
Prices are in Euros (€) and include Austrian VAT. Payment is made upon collection or delivery. We accept cash and bank transfer. A delivery fee applies for address deliveries (see current rate at checkout).
Collection & Return
Gear may be collected free of charge at our Vienna location by appointment. Delivery to and collection from your address is available for an additional fee. Gear must be returned in the same clean condition as received.
Gear Condition
All gear is safety-checked, cleaned, and in good working order before each rental. You are responsible for any damage caused during your rental period beyond normal wear. Please inspect gear upon receipt and report any pre-existing damage immediately.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the rental start date are free of charge. Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a fee of 50% of the total rental value. No-shows are charged the full rental amount.
Liability
Little Nomads is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the rental fee paid. You are responsible for the safe use of all rented gear in accordance with manufacturer guidelines. All gear meets applicable EU safety standards.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by Austrian law. The place of jurisdiction is Vienna, Austria.
