When you submit a reservation request, we collect: your name, email address, phone number (optional), delivery address (if applicable), rental dates, and selected products. We also collect standard web server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for security and performance purposes.
Purpose of Processing
Your personal data is processed exclusively for: fulfilling your reservation request, sending booking confirmation and follow-up communications, and complying with legal obligations (e.g., Austrian Commercial Code record-keeping).
Legal Basis
Processing is based on contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) for reservation fulfilment, and legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) for web security logs.
Data Retention
Booking records are retained for 7 years as required by Austrian law. Web server logs are deleted after 30 days.
